i just slept from 3:30, when i got back from school until 9 pm. not to mention skipping 3 periods in school to sleep in the clinic from 9:15 till about 11 something. man today was gooooood..good for sleeping i mean.

last night we reached home at about 1 something in the morning already. as it turned out, the band WAS good. really good, or should i say amazing! =p they are from phil after all, and filo talent IS UNDENIABLE. take that INDO bands..haha just playing. anyway the band's name is BROWN, there were 6 of them, 5 dudes and 1 dudette. i already loved them from the very first song they sang, I WISH YOU WERE HERE by INCUBUS. i mean incubus is like my favorite band, so who could resist loving them? the lead singer's voice (the guy) is just great. who can sing like adam levine, brandon boyd, chester bennington, billy joe armstrong and bono all at the same time? i guess he's one of those live singers who can pull it off w/out sounding like a poser, like even though he sounds just like those singers, it doesn't look like he's trying to steal their style or copy their voice, it just comes out naturally. on the other hand, the girl's voice was really good, but not SO good, of course she was sexy, not to mention pretty and her energy was good. i'm not saying she's bad, but the other girls from other live bands i've seen were better. but i just loved what how she pulled off j.Lo's "Get Right".

this band is the best from all the live bands i've seen up to date, maybe coz all their songs were modern and good, plus the fact that the drummer gives AMAZING beats and the keyboard dude was great and made numb/encore sound exactly like the original, and his rapping skills are pretty good too, though i wouldn't say best.

i just cut my fringe slash bangs, literally. the boys don't like it, but the girls do, i told joe that it was the 'rockstar' look, some guys are ok w/ it though. my girlfriends call me 'cleopatra' or 'egyptian' now, and one girl at my class said i look like 'emily the strange'. haha, then i thought of it and my hair doesn't look that far from her hair, so i guess i'll take it as a compliment, i'll show you a pic sometime. hehe.
