song I'm listening to right now: Zero 7 - In The Waiting Line
I got this song from Norv, I listened to it at their house, but then when I listened to it again, I realized that I've already heard it before somewhere, I just couldn't recall, no wonder why I got a sense of deja vu when I listened to it there.
I went out on Saturday, went to the mall with Noemz, Glenn, Pratz and Tim (as usual, there were only us 2 girls which is mostly the case). Watched Flight of the Phoenix and man..that movie gives u headache. There are like 10 cinemas and about 8 or 9 movies to watch, and we had to watch that (coz of YOU, glenn!! haha). Anyway, just wait for the movie review, I'll post it soon (that is if I'm not lazee). The cinema was filled w/ quite a number of tenth graders. haha, the 10B gang was there, including Julius. I can't believe I don't really know these other 3 guys except Danny (only his name though) and I'm in tenth grade myself plus we have the same history class. Cindy and Yenny were there to watch the movie w/ them too, we just exchange a few "Hi's" and stuff. After the movie Tim left but Julius joined us and we went to Starbucks to grab some coffee, plus Pratz had to smoke, coz before that, when we ate lunch, we sat on the non-smoking area so he couldn't smoke and the urge was killing him already. =p I didn't drink any coffee, but I got this cherry cerise which I am soo addicted to now, it's a lollipop shaped like the fire in the candle. Plus I love ANYTHING cherry.
Today: MONDAY. It's supposed to be good, the traffic just has to ruin it. I mean hey, not MANY people like monday, I'm actually one of those people who do, and it's not baaad. What I love about monday is that time flies by so fast in school and the next thing you know, you're already at home and tomorrow is tuesday once again...hehe.

i just slept from 3:30, when i got back from school until 9 pm. not to mention skipping 3 periods in school to sleep in the clinic from 9:15 till about 11 something. man today was gooooood..good for sleeping i mean.
last night we reached home at about 1 something in the morning already. as it turned out, the band WAS good. really good, or should i say amazing! =p they are from phil after all, and filo talent IS UNDENIABLE. take that INDO bands..haha just playing. anyway the band's name is BROWN, there were 6 of them, 5 dudes and 1 dudette. i already loved them from the very first song they sang, I WISH YOU WERE HERE by INCUBUS. i mean incubus is like my favorite band, so who could resist loving them? the lead singer's voice (the guy) is just great. who can sing like adam levine, brandon boyd, chester bennington, billy joe armstrong and bono all at the same time? i guess he's one of those live singers who can pull it off w/out sounding like a poser, like even though he sounds just like those singers, it doesn't look like he's trying to steal their style or copy their voice, it just comes out naturally. on the other hand, the girl's voice was really good, but not SO good, of course she was sexy, not to mention pretty and her energy was good. i'm not saying she's bad, but the other girls from other live bands i've seen were better. but i just loved what how she pulled off j.Lo's "Get Right".
this band is the best from all the live bands i've seen up to date, maybe coz all their songs were modern and good, plus the fact that the drummer gives AMAZING beats and the keyboard dude was great and made numb/encore sound exactly like the original, and his rapping skills are pretty good too, though i wouldn't say best.
i just cut my fringe slash bangs, literally. the boys don't like it, but the girls do, i told joe that it was the 'rockstar' look, some guys are ok w/ it though. my girlfriends call me 'cleopatra' or 'egyptian' now, and one girl at my class said i look like 'emily the strange'. haha, then i thought of it and my hair doesn't look that far from her hair, so i guess i'll take it as a compliment, i'll show you a pic sometime. hehe.

heya, just wanted to post a short "post". i'll be goin to hard rock cafe later to check out this filipino band here, apparently they're here in indonesia. can't wait to check them out! it's been like, 2 years since there was filo blood here in the cafe scene. haha.
anyway the reason why we're goin on a school night coz during friday, saturday and sunday they start at 11pm and it gets EXTREMELY crowded i mean it's HARD ROCK CAFE after all. lots of smoke and booze, we prefer laying low. =p
just stoppin by! as usual, so much to do, so lil' time..

song i'm listening: trouble by coldplay
and i think i'm feeling really troubled now. =S i dont know if it's me, or was it that i just finished watching season one of the o.c and totally cried a gazillion buckets. i know, when i called pratz he was like so concerned when he heard my crying voice but it's actually just the o.c. well not just the o.c but also sex and the city, friends, and whole lot more movies and tv series that make me cry like friggin' hell. i don't know, i'm just really SUPER DUPER emotional, especially when it comes to tv, movies and these kinda stuff.
about the troubled thing, i'm having some sort of identity crisis, like i don't know who i am, what i wanna do, who i wanna be with. i just wished for one second that i had someone, some sort of like physical boyfriend (i mean like someone who could ACTUALLY be with you physically and not someone who's like MILES away). something like Summer and Seth's relationship in the o.c (and in real life prolly, since theyre really together), where the girl is bitchy and the guy is funny. when i just see them do stuff in the show, it's like "aww i wanna have that kinda thing" and "damn, where the hell am i gonna find a guy like SETH?!" he's like my dream guy now. hahaha. ok, this is not o.c obsession, but more of SETH COHEN obsession. oh no, i don't wanna have any obsession, i mean i already have my eminem, my brandon boyd and now adam brody? well some new blood could appear. shite i can't wait for season 2..
man listening to the whole coldplay album really gets you into deep thought, doesn't it?
anyway i just finished talking to pratiek and we were talking about these destiny stuff. man, life is SO weird.
what i'm gonna miss when i go back to phil.

oh well. me and the girls were in the lift/elevator on the way down to the canteen i think, if i'm not mistaken. i'm gonna miss all of the crazy and stupid stuff we do in school not to mention take endless pics which me and sierra call: "ANYTYM ANYWER". like we're always saying, let's do "anytym anywer"..haha like when her phone got confiscated last thursday and we had history class together, i told her, "man this is our first history class w/out anytym anywer. hiks! T,T
i got too pre-occupied in watching the o.c today that i forgot all about patricia's school play tonight, The Sound of Music. she plays Leizl, and yesterday they were showing it in school, for the students (tonight's for the parents), she sang "i am 16 goin on 17" it was sooo cute! i never heard her sing before, and she got a really nice voice!
thank god we were done w/ our romeo and juliet last year, or else there would be like MORE stress for me.
i'm not sure if i'm goin anywhere tonight, i'll see w/ my mom later.

haha that word always reminds of summer from the o.c..like she says it all the time. eww. and it has this certain tone that makes you just wanna laugh.
we're at warnet now..it's the indonesian term for internet cafe. taking a break from ate's apartment..man so many things are happening this week and lemme tell you, they aren't goooooodd. this and that, there's still one draft i haven't published and i'm goin to, sometime ok so i'll just do it later.

man what a week, ummph..start of the week, valentine's day, then i kinda had a fight w/ glenn that same day and i'm still not talkin that much to him till today, but there's nothing wrong anymore though, plus more conflicts between 2 of my very close friends as well. not to mention lots of homeworks, preparation for board exams, teachers always currently reminding us to be stressed. ugghh i wish i could just lay low for a while.
by the way, i forgot to write about another gift i got from valentine's day which weren't chocolates..haha well i got a mixed cd from pratz. it's his second cd for me, and it stands out from the rest..teehee. it got songs from opeth (his fave band in the world..haha), dashboard confessional, lifehouse, umm some more rock bands which i forgot to ask him about.
i'm watching the o.c season one right now. courtesy of janey, she just lent them to me today (thanks janey!). finally i have something to run away from when my mind suddenly just gets so full of what's happening now. especially that benjamin mckenzie and adam brody are soo so hot....
also that it's mostly raining nowadays so it was just so nice curling up in bed today, eating my cadburys and watching episodes of the o.c while raining was pouring outside..mmm..what a life. =p

I LOVE DASHBOARD CONFESSIONAL! aaaahhh!! they are soooo my new favorite band right now. i'm at noemi's right now and i'm ripping off their music online, i can't believe this. to be a fan i'm supposed to buy their CD, but the f-in prob is that they don't fuckin sell it here in indonesia. i was THIS close to buying it in phil, but somehow i changed my mind and now i don't fuckin know why..damn!!! I LOVE DASHBOARD!!!

i mean hello?? im supposed to be writing in my blog, not changing my skin! i've developed this freakin addiction of skin-changing like, every single friggin time. oh well, it's becomin a habit, but i'm havin fun, fun, fun.
today's a friday night, mom asked me to go out w/ them. but i figured out i didn't want to go w/ them and disturb my parents. i mean they're havin a friggin date. haha, pre-anniversary slash pre-valentine. my dad's leaving dis monday morning so they have to make the best of it. teehee.
last night i was at ninang lani's..finished 5 glasses of margarita and a small amount of mojito. haha my ninang was making this joke that they were cousins or sumthin. haha, i'm not drunk.
the other day, wednesday (gong xi fat choi, btw) me and noemi went to the mall, checked out cds and stuff, bought yellowcard for norv which cost 135thou, while it was just the usual 75thou in the other cd store haha but it's his bday, so he deserves the best. =) i was lookin for dashboard confessional soooo badly but i couldnt find it so i bought coldplay - parachutes instead..of course it's still really good. listened to it almost 5 times in a row a day..haha. noemi bought maroon 5. had 16 songs and cost 70k. mine had only 10 and cost 80k. haha but it's still worth it..i mean it was the only one left.

SEED OF CHUCKY: one and a half star out of four.
this movie had "SOME" good laughs, but seriously..it was lame. i guess the makers of this film should get over it until and stop producing "chucky" films coz man, they're losing the touch. =P but it was still quite funny. watch or don't watch it's up to you. the movie's not THAT bad, it's not the kind of movie you would be wasting your money on. but still, it kinda sucks. teehee.
